We produced our first community newsletter in October 2020. Our aim being to bring information of not-for-profit organisations and social clubs to each resident of Broughton Astley & Sutton in the Elms. We also needed to get information out to explain where BAVG were going in the future and a newsletter is the best way to reach everyone.
To cover the costs of printing we sell 2 pages to Broughton Astley Parish Council for their updates and information. Additionally we sell the back page to a local business, with the aim of creating a story that not only advertises their business but allows us to learn more about them, in a Meet the Shopkeeper type of article. We are proud of how it has turned out so far and many BA businesses are lined up to feature in future editions.
