Community Groups

We offer a variety of community groups for all ages & abilities, we firmly believe that these groups can be a great source of support for individuals who might be struggling with mental health, well-being, or even isolation issues.

We ensure that all our groups are friendly, welcoming, and provide a safe space for individuals to express themselves. Additionally, we take pride in providing disability-friendly groups that cater to individuals with varying needs.

Participating in our community groups is an opportunity to connect with like-minded people and engage in activities that allow you to relax, enjoy, and learn. It is our goal to foster an inclusive environment that promotes positive mental health and well-being for everyone involved.

Have a look through our groups and come along to the next session, or get in touch through our Contact Page to find out more.
